METRO RTA Electric Bus Replacement Program
Description
METRO RTA plans to purchase addition battery–powered electric buses to replace older buses in the future. This project represents procurement of additional electric buses for METRO RTA beyond 2027. This may also include installation of additional electric vehicle charging stations at METRO RTA's transit bus facility to accommodate the increasing size of electric vehicle fleet.
